CELCAT Timetabler - A New Era
At our forthcoming series of conferences we will announce the release of CELCAT Timetabler 7.2. In addition to a review of all of its many new features, you will have the opportunity to discover for yourself the latest advancements in CELCAT Timetabler during afternoon workshops. Of special interest will be CELCAT Timetabler Live, Timetabler Automation, and some exciting innovations in social media. This year we have two guest presenters. Graham Spavins will speak about some of his work in the education arena during this time of austerity. Daniel Daugaard, from a new partner company 1calendar, will describe the CELCAT 1calendar application, bringing CELCAT to thousands of students via social media and mobile devices. Also, don't forget that this is a fine opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with your peers from other organisations over a delicious lunch. For confirmation of booking, we will require a purchase order. However, as in previous years, we will waive the fee of £25 per head (to cover the cost of lunch and refreshments) for attendees. A major update to the Timetabler software suite was released today. Significant new features include fully automated scheduling (that can work side-by-side with manual timetabling if required), and a new 'rich' web-based interface that takes timetabling in a web browser to new heights! We are delighted to invite you to the 2010 CELCAT UK Seminar Series. This year we focus on timetabling innovations that assist senior managers in key areas of post-secondary education management.
The seminar series is particularly relevant in the current economic climate, as institutions struggle to maintain services as budgets contract. Attendees will discover novel ways of using timetabling technology to drive efficiency, reduce cost, and maintain services. In addition to timetabling coordinators the agenda will be of particular interest to HR Managers, Estates Managers, Finance Directors, MIS Managers, Curriculum Managers and other key members of the senior management team.
