Hi everyone,

I've been running room booker for a bit and all was going well but suddenly my emails dont seem to be automatically reaching anyone.

I have played around with the settings and need some info about how the setup for the room booker email works I just seem to be going round in circles I can get some sent to me but not all and only cancellation go to anyone else.

Hello,

Do you have the correct settings in Administrator under Settings>Communications? It maybe that you have provided a username for authentication but the password has changed? You can also use the options under communications to test your configuration

That was my first thoughts as well but the test works and sends emails through and some emails come through to people who book rooms but some don't....

 

Do they need particular rights?

Hello,

My apologies for the delay. Does the user in question have the "Recieves room booking request emails" selected on the user details tab? If you have this selected can you please send us a screnshot of the users role to support@celcat.com
