Sudden new and alarming message.  When I open CELCAT I receive "Access is Denied" message.  I click "OK" and (obviously) can do absolutely nothing thereafter.

I am a regular CELCAT user and things were working perfectly yesterday, but not today.  I have checked with other CELCAT users and they can access the program as usual.

Any ideas?

Usually this message is a restriction within DCOM settings. Run "dcomcnfg" on the CTT Server machine - DCOM will need to be configured to grant access to this user.
Expand down on the left hand node and open CTT Server properties.
On the security page add this user individually or as a group (you may have inadvertently been removed from this group?) to Custom Launch & Custom Access Permissions.
(You possibly may need to restart the server for the changes to take affect).

Additional info can be found in installlation guide (DCOM configuration page 7 onwards)
