CELCAT Technical Support will shortly be implementing a Ticket based support system. The reason for the change is to improve response times and allow us to improve the quality of service to our customers.

As part of the new system, when you email us via support@celcat.com or contact us by phone, you will be given your own ticket number that relates to your enquiry. Please use this ticket number when contacting Technical Support as it will help us locate the history of your enquiry. If you need to update us in response to an email query then please just reply to the email as normal and you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your update has been received.
