We're using Office Wizard to create a simple list of their teaching commitments for individual staff members. By running the Wizard without checking the Combined box on the setup dialog box we get a complete list, in date order, which can be configured to include which course and event the member of staff is teaching.

This works beautifully until we come to segmented events. For example, an event runs over four weeks, staff member John teaches it in weeks 1 and 4, staff member Jane teaches it in weeks 2 and 3. When I run the Wizard to get a list for John, Jane's teaching sessions appear in the list because they are both connected with the same segmented event. It makes the list confusing for the member of staff who is trying to use it as a list of their own commitments.

The other thing we'd like to use the same list for is to add up the total number of teaching hours being allocated to each member of staff. Again having Jane's hours in the middle of John's list makes this difficult to achieve without manual manipulation of the file after it's been created.

I'm not sure what purpose including this information in the un-Combined output achieves. Can this behaviour either be changed, or an option added to exclude data affected by segmentation in this way?

Your call reference 4558 also refers.

Thank you.
