I want to add a note to a timetable view that is seen every time someone logs in.

Example

We have one room that has Video Conferencing facilities but requires a bridge to allow it to connect to outlying offices.

I would like to put a note on the Timetable view to remind people to book the bridge as well.

Can this be done?

Can you please advise what you mean by the Timetable View, are you using Web Publisher or do you mean the timetable view in the standard CELCAT client?

A note cannot be added to the timetable view, only the event window or resource record view. However, you could add a fixed/prefered item to the resource in the record window for that room, maybe equipment which would be called bridge. This would ensure that it would be included when creating an event for the room.

With regards
