Hi there,

The synchronisation process between CELCAT and QL appears to have stopped working. It has been fine, with no problems up until a few weeks ago. I have even managed to import all live Courses from the 09/10 Academic Year in QL alright. However when you now select the relevant information to be imported and click file, synchronise normally you would get a process completed message in the toolbar at the bottom left corner and a status dialog box appear on the screen when it has been successful.

This now no longer happens. No process completed message and dialog box appears. Nothing has been imported.

I've changed the relevant dates so that both systems are accurately linked.

I've contacted Agresso (QL Support) and that have deemed it a CELCAT issue. What could the problem be?
