HI,

I was wondering if any one knew anything about auto-scheduler or what auto-scheduable does? I have been unable to find anything on the help.

Hi Rick,

The auto-scheduable option is used in conjunction with the Automatic room finder. What it allows you to do is create an event for a resource (except rooms) and then with the event window open, click event Rooming then select the required option which is either Room Booking, Auto, Auto with Confirmation. It will then select a room for you unless the "Auto-scheduable" option is unselected for certain rooms.

Is there someway to restrict which room can be auto scheduled

Open the rooms record and unselect Auto-Scheduable, this will prevent the room from being auto scheduled
