Hi,

I find the access rights really confusing as I just can't get my head around them and so was hoping I might be able to get a quick answer here

I am trying to setup users for the room booker so that they only get the options to book certain rooms which I have defined as a "room booker" department.

I would prefer that no other rooms were displayed as an option to book.

Is that possible?

Thanks

Elaine

Hi Elaine,

This is actually not possible. When we originally created Room Booker, we did so on the understanding that anyone can request a room booking but it's then down to the discretion of a room booking admin to say whether the booking is allowed or not.
