Each time the 'Poor Attendence' notifications start we see the following error in the logfile.

18/05/2009 12:03:33 PM SMS Error - Invalid account details

We also receive a service alert by email:

CELCAT Timetabler Notification Service Alert SMS Error - Invalid account details

I know that the sms username and sms password are correct as the Celcat Administrator SMS Settings Test Gui works fine with the values I've set.

Hi Graham,

Can you please advise which provider you are using? Please note that only the SMS vendors listed work as some connect in different ways which require development work for new SMS providers.

We are using the Telstra SMS provider (5006). It tests correctly through the Administrator Test Dialog box.

This has now been resolved in our latest release (6.4.77.8) which can be downloaded via Support>Downloads
