I have rolled over a timetable but need to change the period times and length of the inter-period breaks. Is it possible without having to open a new database and then add in all the resources anew. URGENT please if anyone can assist me with changing the the period times and length of the inter-period breaks in an existing database / timetable year. Thanks

Hi Gill,

To make changes to the current timetable, you need to gain exclusive access via CELCAT Administrator. Once you have exclusive rights you can then click configure under the general tab. You can then re-configure the timetable as you require. I would suggest running a backup first to ensure that you can restore it if required. If the timetable has already been timetabled then this makes the situation more awkward in which case please email support@celcat.com
