Looking for an easy low maintained way of linking the Students record to their Photo, I’ve tried the possibility of exporting the Students records from Client and populating the photo path with the file location string, however this requires you to do it on a regular basis and courses start throughout the year. In an ideal world, I would have assumed the system to cater for you,  by allowing you to have a default (editable of course) location path for all photos, and use the students ID to link the .jpg. Bearing this in mind our student id’s are 012364789/1 or 012364789/2 if on another course, where as the photo is saved as 012364789.jpg, I could link them manually but a daunting thought at 10,000+. Any solutions or comment would be most welcome.
