We have several MA courses which run to the calendar year rather than the academic year. They are in a minority, so our Celcat timetable starts in September and there's no question of changing this. We use AutoCal to publish timetables to student Exchange calendars.

This means that when we start the new academic year, students on one of these courses are entering their third and final term but their calendar will start showing events for the spring term which will actually refer to the new intake.

Clearly we can use a 'soft' approach to this and simply tell students to ignore anything beyond their finish date, but can has anyone else experienced this and found a more elegant solution?

Thanks
