Hi Folks,

We're trying to install CELCAT 7.1.61.0 in remote server configuration on the above server. All instructions followed re creating a new domain account and setting the DCOM properties (carefully), including the specific instructions found elsewhere in this forum regarding 2003+ servers however, the Timetabler Server Manager is displaying the message "CELCAT Timetabler Server is running but does not appear to be responding" and any attempts to register the Timetabler Server via Timetabler Administrator results in an "Access Denied" message.

Can anyone offer any advice on what we may be doing wrong?

Thanks in anticipation,

John

Hi John,

Could you please send us some screenshots of your DCOM settings to support@celcat.com? Please pay careful attention to My Computer>Com Security>Edit Default
