As far as I can tell at the moment, when you create events in the Global Timetable (eg. College Closed) and somone else then creates other events on these days a Clash Check warning will be produced......is there anyway to actually stop someone timetabling other events in these 'College Closed' days?

I haven't been able to find a way to stop people time tabling on Bank Holidays and other closed days. Perhaps this is a feature Celcat could introduce? Presumably all Colleges and Universities have some closed days each year.
